Returns Policy

Returns and exchanges


We believe you will be delighted with your purchases but there may be occasions when you feel it necessary to return an item. You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all of our products.

We will offer a full refund or exchange for items which were delivered in error (on our part). If you are returning an item because you no longer want it, or for some other personal reason, a 20% restocking fee will be charged for admin time and reboxing.

If an item is returned and it is damaged or not resaleable, then you will be charged for the item as we see fit.

Please note: The item will need to be in it's original packaging and will need to be unopened or a further reboxing fee of 10% is applicable.
